Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using APKless ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

APKless provides cloud-based Android phone environments for the purpose of mobile application testing, network traffic analysis, and HTTPS packet inspection. The Service includes cloud phone provisioning, screen mirroring, traffic capture, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid GitHub account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing and Payments

• Cloud phone time is billed at $1 per hour, purchased in advance as credit hours.
• Credit hours are deducted at the time of phone creation based on the duration you select.
• Credit hours are non-refundable. Early destruction of a phone does not result in a refund of unused time.
• Cloud phone instances are automatically destroyed when their allocated time expires.
• All payments are processed by our third-party payment provider and are subject to their terms.

5. Acceptable Use

The Service is designed for legitimate application testing, security research, and development purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Intercept, capture, or analyze network traffic of any application or service you do not own or do not have explicit written authorization to test
• Use the Service to conduct man-in-the-middle attacks against third-party users or services without authorization
• Use captured data to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
• Collect, store, or exfiltrate personal data of third parties obtained through traffic capture
• Distribute malware, spyware, or any software intended to cause harm
• Use the Service for fraud, phishing, identity theft, or any illegal activity
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our consent
• Attempt to circumvent billing, usage limits, or security controls
• Use the Service to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before analyzing any application's network traffic. APKless is not responsible for how you use the data obtained through the Service. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and underlying technology are the property of APKless. The APKless CLI is open source under its respective license. Your data and captured traffic remain your property.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Cloud phone instances and all associated data (installed apps, captured traffic) are permanently deleted when a phone is destroyed.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, APKless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and any active phone instances will be destroyed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
